This ice isn’t about packing the ice or running athletes through drills just to check a box. It’s about slowing things down to build REAL HABITS. Over six weeks, we’ll focus on refining the way each skater moves - developing stronger mechanics, better balance, and smarter movement patterns that actually translate to the game. The goal is simple: help skaters feel their stride, connect to their body, and build a foundation that holds up under pressure.
