Tailored Skating Assessments: Each session begins with a detailed evaluation of your skating technique to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Focused, Individualized Feedback: Skaters receive specific, actionable feedback based on your unique skating style and goals.

Custom Training for Individual Athletes: Our training is designed to meet the individual needs of each athlete, ensuring that the drills and techniques we focus on are directly applicable to skaters development.

Proven Performance-Enhancing Results: Our methods are backed by results, helping skaters improve their performance and achieve their on-ice goals.

  • What age groups are available for Private/Semi-Private Sessions?

We offer On-Ice Sessions for the following age groups:

Amateur Group (2012-2015): Designed for younger skaters focusing on foundational skills and technical development.

Elite Group (2011-2006): For advanced skaters refining their skills and preparing for higher levels of competition.

Pro Group (2005 & Older, by application): For experienced skaters and professionals looking for specialized, high-intensity training.

  • How do I know which age group is right for my skater?

Amateur Group (2012-2015): This group is designed for younger skaters who already have skating experience and are ready to build on their foundational skills. If the skater can confidently stride, stop, turn, and crossover both directions but needs to refine their technique and improve their overall skating ability, this group will provide the appropriate level of challenge and instruction. It’s ideal for those who are familiar with the basics but are not yet ready for the more advanced concepts in the Elite Group.

Elite Group (2011-2006): Skaters in this group should have a solid foundation or are highly skilled in skating and are pursing competitive hockey. If the skater is ready to tackle more advanced exercises/drills, this group will challenge them to elevate their game. However, if they are not yet meeting this level of proficiency, they may benefit more from the Amateur Group.

Pro Group (2005 & Older, by application): This group is reserved for highly skilled skaters and those pursuing professional hockey. Skaters should already excel in all fundamental techniques and be prepared for intense, high-level training. If your skater is not yet at this advanced stage, they should continue developing their skills in the Elite Group before applying for the Pro Group.

  • How many skaters are allowed per group in the On-Ice Sessions?

Each On-Ice Session is limited to a maximum of 4 skaters per group to ensure personalized attention and effective instruction. A minimum of 2 skaters is required for the session to take place. If there are fewer than 2 skaters, you will have the option to convert the session to a private lesson at an additional cost, or we will cancel the session and provide a full refund.

  • What are the expectations for skaters during lessons?

We expect all skaters to be fully focused and engaged during lessons. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. If a skater’s behavior becomes an issue and requires addressing, they may be asked to leave the session without a refund. This policy ensures a productive learning environment for all participants.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?

All sessions and lessons are non-refundable. If you cancel a lesson, you will still be charged. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain fairness and consistency. However, if a lesson is canceled by the rink or the instructor, you will not be charged.

  • What should skaters bring to their on-ice Sessions?

Skaters should come fully prepared with all necessary hockey gear, including skates, helmet, gloves, and appropriate equipment for on-ice training. It’s also recommended to bring a water bottle. Make sure to arrive a few minutes early to check in and get ready so that the session can start promptly.

  • What is the Reschedule Policy?

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please be aware that there is a $15.00 rebooking fee. Rescheduled lessons must be arranged in advance, and the fee must be paid to confirm the new time. For assistance with cancellations or rescheduling, you can email us at
